Common use of Fees, Expenses, etc Clause in Contracts

Fees, Expenses, etc. Each of the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received for its own account all fees, costs and expenses due and payable to it on or prior to the Applicable Funding Date pursuant to the Fee Letter, Section 14.03, including all reasonable closing costs and fees and all unpaid reasonable expenses of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders incurred in connection with the Transactions (including the Administrative Agent’s and the Lenders’ legal fees and expenses) in each case, to the extent invoiced (or as to which a good faith estimate has been provided to the Borrower) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Applicable Funding Date.

Fees, Expenses, etc. Each of the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received for its own account all Ticking Fees and other fees, costs and expenses due and payable to it on or prior to the Applicable Funding Date pursuant to the Fee Letter, Section 2.06 and Section 14.03, including all reasonable closing costs and fees and all unpaid reasonable expenses of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders incurred in connection with the Transactions (including the Administrative Agent’s and the Lenders’ legal fees and expenses) in each case, to the extent invoiced (or as to which a good faith estimate has been provided to the Borrower) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Applicable Funding Date.

Fees, Expenses, etc. Each of the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received for its own account all Commitment Fees and other fees, costs and expenses due and payable to it on or prior to the Applicable Funding Date pursuant to the Fee Letter, Section 14.03‎2.06 and Section ‎14.03, including all reasonable closing costs and fees and all unpaid reasonable expenses of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders incurred in connection with the Transactions (including the Administrative Agent’s and the Lenders’ legal fees and expenses) in each case, to the extent invoiced (or as to which a good faith estimate has been provided to the Borrower) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Applicable Funding Date.
