Fees Calculated on a Time Basis. Where the Proposal specifies that fees are calculated on a time basis, the following provisions shall apply:
(a) the Client shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hire a fee, calculated on a time basis, for that part of the Services described in the Proposal. Fees shall be computed on the basis of hourly billing rates as noted in the Proposal;
(b) all time expended by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hire on the Project shall be chargeable, whether it is expended in the Client’s office, at the Client’s premises, or elsewhere. Chargeable time also includes, but is not limited to, time expended by clerical staff to prepare documents such as reports and specifications.
