Fees and Expenses of the Trustee. As compensation for its services hereunder, the Trustee shall be entitled to retain any and all investment earnings on amounts on deposit in the Distribution Account pending the distribution of such funds to Certificateholders on each Distribution Date (which compensation shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust). Any expenses incurred by the Trustee shall be reimbursed to the extent provided in Section 6.11.
