FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE. During the development of the Schematic Design and Design Development Documents, complete specifications, working drawings and other Construction Documents, the Architect may apply for and shall receive compensation, based on the amount of such work completed. In no event, however, shall payments be made which will make the total of all payments exceed the amounts payable under the provisions of Exhibit B, Subsections B.2.2, B.2.3 and B.2.4.
