Federal Provisions. 1. Equal Opportunity/Nondiscrimination. The Agency will agree to comply with all Federal statutes and implementing regulations relating to nondiscrimination concerning race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicaps, and age. L. 100-209); (h) Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12131-12189) and 49 CFR parts 37 and 38; (i) Executive Order 12898, Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations; (j) Executive Order 13166, Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency
