Common use of Federal Funds Clause in Contracts

Federal Funds. To the extent that any Purchaser uses federal funds to purchase goods and/or services pursuant to this Master Contract, such Purchaser shall specify, with its order, any applicable requirement or certification that must be satisfied by Contractor at the time the order is placed or upon delivery.

To the extent that any Purchaser uses federal funds to purchase goods and/or services Office Relocation Services pursuant to this Master Contract, such Purchaser shall specify, with its order, any applicable requirement or certification that must be satisfied by Contractor at the time the order is placed or upon delivery.
