Federal Aviation Administration Requirements. (1) Permittee shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration and the Transportation Security Administration relating to Airport security and shall control the Assigned Space so as to prevent or deter unauthorized persons from obtaining access to the air operations area of the Airport.

Federal Aviation Administration Requirements. LANDLORD and TENANT agree that the requirements of the FAA set out below are approved by both parties, and if applicable, TENANT agrees to comply with all FAA requirements with respect to its operations, use of the Airport and this Agreement:

The Lessee for himself, his personal representatives, successors in interest, and assigns, as a part of the consideration hereof, does hereby covenant and agree that: (1) no person on the grounds of race, color, or national origin will be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in the use of said facilities, (2) that in the construction of any improvements on, over, or under such land and the furnishing of services thereon, no person on the grounds of race, color, or national origin will be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination, (3) that the Lessee will use the premises in compliance with all other requirements imposed by or pursuant to 49 CFR Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation, and as said regulations may be amended. Future Development. The County reserves the right to further develop or improve the landing area of the airport as it sees fit, regardless of the desires or views of the Lessee and without interference or hindrance.
