Faulty Goods. In the event of goods becoming faulty due to reasons covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee, the company shall undertake to repair or if repair cannot be undertaken, to replace the goods in a timely manner. The customer must notify the company of any faults and return the goods to the nearest branch for repair or replacement within 3 working days of becoming aware thereof.
