Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term. Such price increases will only apply to the OGS Centralized Contracts and shall not be applied retroactively to Authorized User Agreements or any Mini-bids already submitted to an Authorized User. Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract if, in its discretion, the environmental conditions in which any unit of Equipment is placed are not suitable for satisfactory performance, or if the new location is out of Contractor's ordinary operating area.
