Family Leave Act. Any leaves not addressed in the above subdivisions of this Section and addressed in the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act or Minnesota Statute 181.940 - 181.943 shall be applied pursuant to the respective provisions of the referenced laws.
Family Leave Act. The Employer will comply with State and Federal laws regarding the Family Leave Act.
Family Leave Act. Unit members are eligible for leave under the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act and the California Family Care Leave Act. The parties will prepare a memorandum covering the various rights and obligations, including those areas where discretion may be exercised by the District and/or employees. This will be distributed to the work site.
Family Leave Act. Principals/Supervisors shall be entitled to apply for and receive leaves under the Federal and State Family Leave Acts.
Family Leave Act. An employee on FMLA leave shall be entitled to a continuation of benefits on the same basis as if (s) he were actively employed for up to twelve weeks (60 work days) per year (July 1 - June 30).
Family Leave Act. The Board of Education shall follow the mandate in accordance with Public Law 103-3, The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
Family Leave Act. Family leave shall be granted in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Family Leave Act and the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act and City Policy. Leave pursuant to either the NJFLA, FMLA or both, shall run concurrently to any leave time that has accrued to an employee. Eligible employees must provide prior notice to the Department Director if requesting a leave of absence under these Acts. Management has a right to request that an employee provide a certification issued by a licensed health care provider in order to verify necessity of leave.
Family Leave Act. Eligible unit members will be afforded leaves rights in accordance with the Family Medical Leave Act and the California Family Rights Act.
Family Leave Act. The parties acknowledge the applicability of the Family Leave Act (Act) and intend to apply and implement this MOU so as to comply with the Act. The parties agree to consult if compliance with the Act may require modifying the provisions of this MOU.
Family Leave Act. The District will maintain policies for leaves which are in compliance with Federal and State adopted Family Leave Acts.
