Common use of Family Coverage Clause in Contracts

Family Coverage. The school district, effective January 1, 2014, shall contribute a sum not to exceed $124 per month toward the cost of the premium for family coverage for each eligible employee employed by the school district who qualifies for and is enrolled in the school district's dental insurance plan and who qualifies for family coverage. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

Family Coverage. The school district, effective January March 1, 2014, shall contribute a sum not to exceed $124 1380 per month toward the cost of the premium for family coverage for each eligible employee employed by the school district who qualifies for and is enrolled in the school district's dental insurance health and hospitalization plan and who qualifies for family coverage. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction. This subdivision shall not apply to those eligible employees who select coverage under the high deductible health plan described in Subdivision 4.

Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.
