Falsification of Application. The parties recognize that the failure of the Employer to discover a falsification in an employee’s employment application prior to the expiration of the employee’s probationary period shall not bar the use of such falsification as a reason for discharge.
Falsification of Application. Falsification of leave of absence documentation is cause for disciplinary action, including termination.
