Fair Usage. To ensure the provision of a quality of Service to all our customers and to ensure that the behaviour of some does not disadvantage the majority of our customers, you agree to abide by any fair use policy which we may apply.
Fair Usage. 23.1 The Customer is aware that all gas storage services under the Agreement are provided based on the principle of fair usage. Underlying these services is a technical facility with technical limitations. By way of example, certain combinations of Register Transfer of Gas-in-Storage and Capacity to circumvent the technical restrictions (e.g. pressure factors) are not allowed. For the avoidance of doubt Users shall not be entitled to any refund from RM for any Apps or other materials that are removed or become unavailable.
Fair Usage. The Business Club is designed to be enjoyed by You and Your guests for temporary use and not as a place for continuous everyday work. If We feel Your use of the space is impeding other members from having fair use of the space, We might ask You to adjust Your membership or moderate Your use. If You are leaving a seat You are working from for any length of time, please take Your belongings with You or place them in a locker. We reserve the right to move Your belongings if left too long and are taking up required seats.
Fair Usage. A fair usage limit of 1,000 DDIs will be applied to each new SIP trunk to which this product is applied. The supplier reserves the right to charge additional DDI rental fees in respect of any DDIs in excess of this limit.

Article 4.1 (d) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 requires Digiweb to provide a clear and comprehensible explanation of the minimum, normally available, maximum and advertised download and upload speed of the internet access services in the case of fixed networks, or of the estimated maximum and advertised download and upload speed of the internet access services in the case of mobile networks, and how significant deviations from the respective advertised download and upload speeds could impact the exercise of the end-users’ rights. Digiweb complies with that obligation by the publication of its Broadband Speeds Information document on its website; xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xx/broadband-checker. In addition, the actual maximum speed available for your specific Service, together with the minimum speed, and the average normally available speed, are all as set out in the welcome email you received when signing up to the Digiweb Service. Those speeds form part of these General Terms and are the contracted speeds for your Service. Suspension of the Service Digiweb is entitled to temporarily suspend the Services during periods of repair, essential maintenance or alteration or improvement to the Services or otherwise in accordance with the law. Digiweb may immediately, without notice, temporarily suspend, restrict, and/or disconnect Your use of the Services (collectively “Suspension”) wholly or partially for any valid reason, including without limitation, where: You fail to pay any Charges set out in this Agreement You fail to observe any other term or obligation set out herein or any relevant law; or You engage in any activity (or permit any activity) which Digiweb (as in its discretion shall determine) considers to be contrary to existing legislation or regulations applicable to provision of the Services or is or is likely to have an adverse impact on the quality of the Services. Fair Usage. Champion 3D Ltd commits to using your 3D Content solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders placed by the User or for technical review and to advise the User. We will not use your content for any other purposes without your explicit consent.
Fair Usage. 6.1 The starting hours of the Airnergy Machine xxxxxxxxxxxxx in respect of contract number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is xxxxxxx hours. The Renter agrees not to use the Airnergy Machine for more than 50 hours per month. We calculate the number of hours used during the rental period by taking a reading of the hours on the Airnergy machine prior to the rental period commencing, and deducting this from the reading upon the return of the machine. If the usage exceeds the Fair Usage maximum of 50 hours we will charge a fee for each hour the machine is used over the 50 hours per month fair usage rate. If, after we have calculated the amount of hours you have used the Airnergy machine for, is in excess of the 50 hours Fair Usage and a surcharge is due, we will let you know in writing, will issue a final invoice and deduct the surcharge from the £250.00 deposit we hold.
