Common use of Fair Share Fee Clause in Contracts

Fair Share Fee. A. Payroll Deduction of Fair Share Fee – Board shall deduct from the pay of all members in the bargaining unit who elect not to become or to remain members of the M.E.A., a fair share fee for the Association’s representation of such non-members during the term of this Contract.
