The 'Failure to Submit Required Attestation' clause establishes the consequences if a party does not provide a necessary certification or declaration as stipulated in the agreement. Failure to Submit Required Attestation. Failure of the Contractor to submit the required attestation showing all failed files were successfully resubmitted and accepted within sixty (60) days of notification, shall result in an assessment of $10,000 per file. An additional penalty of $1,000 per each late day beyond the sixty (60) days of notification shall also be assessed.
