Failure to Notify Authority. The Contractor fails to notify the Authority in a timely manner of any receipt of notice of violation or official communication from any regulatory body having jurisdiction over the Contractor’s performance which significantly affects the Contractor’s ability to perform Contractor’s Obligations.
