Failure to Follow Rules. The BGP Tennis Member must comply and by his/her signature hereby agrees to comply with all of the BGP Tennis Courts Rules set forth in this Agreement. The cooperation of all players in following and enforcing these BGP Tennis Rules will allow all of those using the BGP Tennis Courts to enjoy playing tennis. Failure to abide by these rules may result in suspension of the BGP Tennis Member's BGP Tennis Court membership and his/her right to use the BGP Tennis Courts and/or revocation of the right to future use of the BGP Tennis Courts. The decision to suspend is at the sole discretion of the Association and without refund of membership or any other fee. The Association may, at any time and at its sole discretion, revise these rules without prior notice.

The BGP Pavilion is left in a clean and orderly condition with all trash removed from the BGP Pavilion. Trash removal includes removing ALL decorations (including balloons attached to any fence, gate, street sign, or any other place in the BGP Playground or surrounding areas). Trash is deposited in the trash receptacles located within the BGP Playground area or is taken away with the Pavilion User. BGP restroom facilities are left in a clean and orderly condition with all trash removed from restroom. Failure to abide by any and all rules is grounds for forfeiting the deposit. Such failure includes not removing balloons or allowing balloons to remain in a pavilion ceiling fan.
