Common use of Failure to Comply Clause in Contracts

Failure to Comply. If Contractor fails to comply with the requirements of any Sub- Paragraphs of this Paragraph 47 Administrator may withhold payment to Contractor and/or terminate this Contract in accordance with Paragraph K.

Failure to Comply. If Contractor fails to comply with the requirements of any Sub- Paragraphs Sections of this Paragraph 47 57, Administrator may withhold payment to Contractor and/or terminate this Contract in accordance with Paragraph K.
