Failed Transactions. By using the Service, you are requesting us to make payments for you from your Payment Account. If we are unable to complete the transaction for any reason associated with your Payment Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Payment Account to cover the transaction), the transaction will not be completed. Xxxxxx Limitation We reserve the right to refuse to pay any Xxxxxx to whom you may direct a payment. We will notify you promptly if we decide to refuse to pay a Xxxxxx designated by you. This notification is not required if you attempt to make a prohibited payment or an exception payment under these Terms of Use.
