Faculty Vote Sample Clauses
The Faculty Vote clause establishes the requirement and process for faculty members to formally cast votes on specific matters within an academic institution. Typically, this clause outlines who is eligible to vote, the types of issues subject to a faculty vote—such as curriculum changes, policy adoption, or faculty appointments—and the procedures for conducting the vote, including quorum and majority requirements. By clearly defining how faculty decisions are made collectively, the clause ensures transparency, shared governance, and legitimacy in institutional decision-making.
