Common use of FACULTY RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

FACULTY RIGHTS. A. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property, provided that such business does not interfere with the instructional program of the school. The second Tuesday of each month, outside of regular school hours, will be reserved for Association meetings. The administration will not schedule meetings that require the attendance of bargaining unit members that may be involved in Association meetings on the second Tuesday of the month.
