Faculty Member’s Statement. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Administration’s statement the Faculty Member must submit a hearing statement to the Administration, the Grievance Committee Co-Coordinators, and other parties listed on the Request for Grievance Panel hearing form. The statement should respond to each issue addressed in the Administration’s hearing statement, should provide relevant documents and other supporting materials, and should include a list of witnesses to be called.
