Faculty Handbook Committee. The Faculty Handbook Committee (FHBC), created to review the Faculty Handbook section of this Master Agreement, will submit all proposed changes to FAC and FPC for their deliberations. The FHBC membership will consist of at least three FAC officers, additional FAC members appointed by the Executive Committee of FAC, the Pxxxxxx/VPAA (as Chair), and additional non-FAC members appointed by the President (or his delegate).

Faculty Handbook Committee. The Faculty Handbook Committee (FHBC), created to review the Faculty Handbook section of this Master Agreement, will submit all proposed changes to FAC and FPC for their deliberations. The FHBC will be co-chaired by the Pxxxxxx/SVPAA and the FAC Chair, and the remaining membership will consist of at least two additional FAC officers, additional FAC members appointed by the Executive Committee of FAC, and additional non-FAC members appointed by the President (or the President’s delegate). The FHBC will meet only if both co-chairs are present, unless the co-chairs mutually agree otherwise.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise:

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.

  • Joint Safety Committee (a) The Union and the Company shall cooperate in selecting one or more Safety Committees, which will meet at least once a month to consider all safety and occupational health problems.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.

  • Oversight Committee The Oversight Committee will resolve all issues arising out of the implementation of the wage structure and any unresolved issues arising out of the implementation committee review of the collective agreement and any other agreements between the parties. This committee will be comprised of two (2) senior level representatives from the Company and two (2) senior level representatives from the PWU. Should the Oversight Committee reach an impasse on an issue the matter may be remitted to mediation/arbitration using the same mediator/arbitrator as agreed to in Article 8.4.4.

  • Union Grievance Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Grievance Committee which consists of:
