Fact Gathering Stage. The Investigator will attempt to gather information directly related to the allegations by interviewing the Complainant, the Respondent, and any other person(s) with information directly related to the allegations. The Investigator may also review personnel records, documents, and other materials that could be directly related to the allegations. If the Investigator wishes to question a Party regarding certain evidence gathered, the Investigator will share that evidence with a Party in advance of a scheduled meeting to provide a fair opportunity for the Party to respond to questions presented during the meeting. During an investigation, the EOAA Investigator will record the interviews of each Party and the interviews of witnesses. These recordings (or, in limited circumstances, a transcript of such recordings) will be made available to the Parties for inspection and review. No party or witness shall have the right to record their own interview.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures.
