Facsimile or Scanned Signatures. A Party may sign and deliver this Agreement by signing on the designated signature block and transmitting that signature page via facsimile or as an attachment to an email to counsel for the other Party. Any such signature shall be deemed an original for purposes of this Agreement and shall be binding upon the Party who transmits the signature page.

Facsimile or Scanned Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by means of facsimile or other electronic transmission of a scanned signature; and upon such delivery, the facsimile or scanned signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.
