Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. A fully executed facsimile or electronic copy and/or photocopy of this Agreement is legally enforceable and binding the same as the original Agreement.
Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. This Contract may be executed and delivered by any party by sending a facsimile of the signature or by a legally recognized e-signature. Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. The parties hereto agree that the use of facsimile or electronic signatures for the negotiation and execution of this Amendment shall be legal and binding and shall have the same full force and effect as if originally signed.

Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. In order to expedite the transactions contemplated hereby, faxed or emailed signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. Seller and Buyer intend to be bound by the signatures on any faxed or emailed copy of this Agreement, are aware that the other party will rely on the faxed or emailed signatures, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms hereof based on the form of signature.

Facsimile or Electronic Signatures. This Amendment may be executed by fax or electronic mail, in PDF format, and no party hereto may contest this Amendment’s validity solely because a signature was faxed or otherwise sent electronically.

The exchange of copies of this Agreement (and any amendments thereto) and of signature pages by facsimile or electronic transmission shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the Parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes. Signatures of the Parties transmitted by facsimile or e-mail shall be deemed to be their original signatures for all purposes.
