Common use of Facility Use and Parking Clause in Contracts

Facility Use and Parking. The P-TECH will operate on the Lone Star College East Aldine Center. P-TECH students will have access to all facilities as outlined in the fully executed Ground Lease Agreement, effective March 24, 2018. In the event that the student enrollment of the P- TECH results in no physical classrooms available on the P-TECH side of the facility, AISD may negotiate a facility lease agreement with the College to make available additional classrooms on the East Aldine Center side of the facility for dual credit courses being offered to P-TECH students during the P-TECH instructional and extended day hours.
