Facility Use and Conduct. 6.1 Use of Equipment and Facilities • Walcha Council provides these facilities for community use. The facilities are unsupervised and your use of the facility and/ or its equipment is your responsibility. • Council does not provide training or instruction of the use of any equipment provided. Please ensure that you are familiar with the equipment’s safe operation before using. • All equipment must be used in accordance with instructions and signage. • Report any faulty or damaged equipment to Council immediately. • Misuse of equipment or Facilities may result in suspension or termination of access. • By accepting a fob to use the facilities, you agree that you absolve Walcha Council of any & all responsibility in the event of an accident or injury, except where Council bears the responsibility under law.
