Facility Tenure Clause Samples
Facility Tenure. 4 – 5 months commencing from the date of first disbursement of the Facility.
Facility Tenure. (a) The STRC-i Facility shall have a Facility Tenure not exceeding the period stated in the Letter of Offer.
(b) Each utilisation of STRC-i Facility shall be based on the Profit Period stipulated in the Letter of Offer. The last Profit Period shall not exceed the expiry of Facility Tenure.
Facility Tenure. The PFX-i shall have a Facility Tenure not exceeding the period stated in the Letter of Offer.
