Facility Security Plan. Owner is subject to the requirements found in 33 CFR Part 105, and will develop a facility security plan (“Facility Security Plan” or “FSP”). Contractor shall assist Owner in the revision of the FSP as required, and will structure all training programs for Owner to comply with this FSP. Applicable Contractor personnel shall also be trained to comply with this FSP for the period up to Substantial Completion of Subproject 3.
