FACILITY RESIDENT CLASS. The Facility Resident Class consists of all persons who resided at a Defendant Facility from September 1, 2003 through and including the Settlement Date, with the exception of St. Luke Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center (“St. Luke”), which consists of all persons who resided at St. Luke from December 15, 2003 through and including the Settlement Date.
FACILITY RESIDENT CLASS. The Facility Resident Class consists of all persons who resided at a Defendant Facility from September 1, 2003 through and including the Settlement Date, with the exception of St. Luke Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center (“St. Luke”), which consists of all persons who resided at St. Luke from December 15, 2003 through and including the Settlement Date. The Private Pay Subclass is a subclass of the Facility Resident Class and consists of all persons who are members of the Facility Resident Class and who made payments to the Defendants, or any of them, through private pay funds and/or privately-acquired insurance during the Class Period.
