Common use of Facility Requirements Clause in Contracts

Facility Requirements. CONA will provide, or require the applicable Vendors to provide, to Bottler, at no charge to Bottler, such access to such Data Centers as may be reasonably necessary for Bottler’s receipt of the Services, in accordance with CONA’s security policies, including as documented in Appendix 2. Bottler acknowledges that any access to any Data Center operated by or on behalf of a Vendor may be subject to the Vendor’s or its own contractor’s security policies and procedures.
