FACILITIES SPECIFICATIONS. Experian may provide to Affiliate, and may from time to time revise, the specifications for the facilities needed by Affiliate to provide credit reporting services to Affiliate Subscribers. Those facilities specifications may include, by way of example, size, construction, temperature and location (for purposes of telephone availability). Affiliate shall bear the responsibility for obtaining and preparing a facility in accordance with such specifications.
