FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. 1. The Court shall enjoy in the territory of each State Party for the purposes of its official communications and correspondence treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the State Party concerned to any intergovernmental organization or diplomatic mission in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes applicable to mail and the various forms of communication and correspondence.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. In respect of its official communications, the Centre shall, in the territory of the Host Country and in so far as may be compatible with, any international conventions, regulations and arrangements to which the Host Country is a party, enjoy treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the Host Country to any other international organization, in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes for post and telecommunications.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. Section 1. The Organization shall enjoy in Denmark for its official communications treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the Government of Denmark to any other government including its diplomatic missions, in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes on mails, cables, telegrams, radiograms, telephoto, telephone and other communication, and Press rates for information to the Press and radio on the condition that such treatment is not incompatible with the terms of the International Telecommunications Convention.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. The Laboratory shall enjoy in the territory of the Portuguese Republic, for the purposes of its official communications and correspondence, treatment no less favourable than that accorded by the Portuguese Republic to diplomatic missions in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes applicable to mail and the various forms of communication and correspondence.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. 1. The Court and Commission shall enjoy in the territory of Trinidad and Tobago, freedom of communication for their official communications.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. Section 10. The Agency shall enjoy, in the territory of each State party to this Agreement and as far as may be compatible with any international conventions, regulations and arrangements to which that State is a party, for its official communications, treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the Government of such a State to any other Government, including the latter's diplomatic mission, in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes for posts and telecommunications, and press rates for information to the press and radio.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. 1. The Committee and its Secretariat shall enjoy in the territory of the Republic of India freedom of communication and no censorship shall be applied to the official correspondence of the Committee certified as such and bearing the official seal of the Committee.

In respect of its official communications, the Centre shall, in the territory of China and in so far as may be compatible with any international conventions, regulations and arrangements to which China is a party, enjoy treatment not less favourable than that accorded by China to any other international organisation, in the matter of priorities and rates for postal service and telecommunication.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. Article 8 The Organisation shall have the right to avail itself, for telegraphic communications sent by it and containing only matter intended for publication by the press or for broadcasting (including communications addressed to or despatched from places outside New Zealand), of any reduced rates applicable in relation to telegraphic communications by the press.
FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF COMMUNICATIONS. In regard to its official communications, the Centre shall, in the territory of the ROK, and in so far as may be compatible with any international conventions, regulations and arrangements to which the ROK is a party, enjoy treatment not less favorable than that accorded by the ROK to any other international organization in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes for postal services and telecommunications.
