Facilities Costs. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to the operation of each Facility, including, but not limited to, leasehold improvements, utilities, security, telephone, office equipment, supplies, janitorial services, storage, transportation, insurance, fax and copy machine equipment and supplies. Also included is the telephone system required to support help desk call routing and tracking.

Facilities Costs. The term “Facilities Costs” shall mean the general operating costs of the facilities that will house any element of the CIRM-Funded Project.
Facilities Costs. CMP shall pay a pro rata share of the District’s facilities costs as provided in 5 C.C.R. Section 11969.7 (referred to herein as “pro rata share charge”). The pro rata charge for the 2016-2017 school year are provided in Exhibit B, attached hereto and included herein The pro rata share amount shall be paid monthly. The obligation to begin paying the pro rata share charge shall begin on the date of possession, July 1, 2016, and shall end on June 30, 2021. Cost per square foot shall be recalculated and applied for each of the remaining years of the agreement based on current Proposition 39 calculations and figures. The costs identified in Exhibit B will be recalculated each year as provided by Education Code section 47614. Utility costs are not included in the facility costs.
Facilities Costs. Facilities costs cover general operating costs of the Loan Recipient’s facilities where the CIRM-Funded Project is managed and/or performed in California. A fixed rate for facilities costs to for-profits organizations will be specified on a per-RFA basis. The fixed facilities cost rate shall be no higher than the average of the Category A and B facilities costs reported per fiscal year for Academic and Non-Profit Organizations. This section supersedes section V.B.3. of the Non-Profit GAP.

Facilities Costs. Each Company shall be liable for and pay for all costs, other than fuel and variable unit train costs and the costs of transmission and delivery of Weston 4 energy after the point of interconnection with the ATC transmission system, incurred in connection with such facilities in proportion to their Ownership Shares in Weston 4, or in the case of the Weston New or Existing Common Facilities, in proportion to their New Common Ownership Shares or Existing Common Ownership Shares, as applicable. Such costs shall include, but are not limited to, costs for site preparation, design, engineering, procurement, installation, construction, modification, repair, ownership, insurance, pre-certification expenses, licensing, permitting, recruiting, training, testing, administrative and general, fees and other governmental charges, taxes other than income taxes and assessments with respect to such facilities, accounting and records audits, shutdown, decommissioning, demolition and disposal.
Facilities Costs. This project is expected to reduce the energy consumption of the Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxxx Buildings. Elements of the project that will contribute to the energy efficiency of the facility include: renewal of the building automation system, replacement of building lighting systems, and replacement of the majority of the ventilating fans. Based on results from previous building renewal projects we expect to significantly reduce the energy consumption of the buildings. Proposed Funding Plan The project will be funded from R&R capital appropriations. Funding is available for Phase 1 at this time. Later phases will require future appropriations.

Facilities Costs. 1. VGCC agrees to provide the following space for the Early College program with WECHS: a nursing office, counselor’s office, and two instructional classrooms with a capacity of 25 students, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. -insert description of space here, and time frames for access]. on a space- available and scheduled basis with the understanding that VGCC courses/classes have first priority on scheduling. VGCC may use all classrooms specified in this agreement for weekend and evening programs. Appropriate schedules are to be coordinated with and through the Early College High School Principal, College Liaison, and the senior campus administrator on the VGCC Xxxxxx Campus. VGCC’s College Liaison will have a private office and all other office assignments are to be submitted to the senior campus administrator of the Xxxxxx Campus for review with VGCC’s Vice President of Academic Affairs prior to occupancy and any changes thereto after initial review. VGCC and WECHS agree that the Early College space designated in Paragraph B(1) may be needed used by VGCC for classes when not in use by (or scheduled for use by) the WECHS. Issues such as posters, bulletin boards, displays etc. must be in agreement with VGCC standards of classroom and facilities presentation.
Facilities Costs. The following are occupancy and maintenance costs for facilities. Where related to head office, these costs will be included in administration. Where related to program facilities, these costs will be negotiated separately. In smaller organizations particularly, executive directors and other managers may be providing direct supervision of line staff. In this case, an allocation of time and cost may be necessary to adjust for the mix of program/service and administrative duties. Head Office Operating Costs Office Supplies, Postage and Printing: • paper, pens, staplers and other office supplies, postage and printing annual report, bulletins and brochures Telephone and Communications: • costs of telephone, pagers, and answering machines and other communication costs Office Equipment Purchase: • purchase of non-depreciable and Rental assets or rental costs for photocopiers, facsimiles, computers and other office equipment Depreciation Expense: • for depreciable office equipment (>$500) Facilities any facilities costs as defined above related to a head office as applicable.
