Where applicable and consistent with the facilities available to departments, the University will provide sessional lecturers who teach on the University campus an appropriate place for holding consultations with their students. The University will provide the required equipment, supplies, academic text(s) and facilities that, in the judgement of the University, are necessary for the performance of the employee’s duties. Such facilities will include, when the work is located on the University campus, access to an existing University phone and computing systems for work related use.
Facilities and Resources. The Study Area is home to approximately 100 computers. This is a quiet area that should be used in such a way that it allows for productive work. The Social Area is an additional work space that is more appropriate for pair or group study. A Wi-Fi connection is available. These areas are exclusively yours. Whether the Unit may wear Group Scarves Stage 5 - The Review As with all agreements it is important that they are reviewed on a regular basis. The Partnership Agreement must be reviewed at least annually and whenever any of the signatories to the Agreement changes. This will ensure that all key parties to the Partnership Agreement are happy with the details and have a clear understanding of the relationship between the Unit, District and Partner. Facilities and Resources. All fellows participating in the Program shall have access to the medical library of each affiliated institution. Each affiliated institution shall attempt to ensure that its library includes an adequate supply of standard reference texts and current journals relevant to the Program. Fellows will also have access to medical records and x-rays at each affiliated institution in accordance with the policies and procedures of Lahey or the affiliated institution governing such access. Each affiliated institution shall provide fellows suitable resources and facilities for completion of the residency rotations.
