Facilitator Disclosures. Certain states require “facilitators” of Banking Products to provide certain disclosures and register with the state as a “facilitator.” Any Customer offering Banking Products in such states must strictly comply with all facilitator related requirements. For example, depending on a Customer’s location, a Customer may be required to provide taxpayers, in a clear and conspicuous manner, one or more of the following types of disclosures: oral statements, written disclosures and/or posted information.
