F Teacher Mentor Program. The Administration will work with the GLFT to design a teacher mentor program using existing work in this area. Once this program is agreed upon by both parties and defined, a 2% extra duty stipend will be implemented. The Administration reserves the right to work collaboratively with the GLFT in the definition of this program but limits contract language to the 2% stipend.
