Common use of Eye Protection Clause in Contracts

Eye Protection. Approved safety glasses meeting ANSI Z87.1 with attached side xxxxxxx are to be worn during all work activities on Hy-Vee Construction jobsites. Based on the exposure, additional protection may be required. Dusty conditions, xxxx hammering or work with chemicals will require goggles.
