Extraordinary Notices. Extraordinary notices and communications (including notices of termination, force majeure, material breach, change of address, requests for disclosure of Confidential Information, claims or indemnification) shall be in writing and sent to each Party by prepaid registered or certified airmail, or by facsimile confirmed by prepaid registered or certified airmail letter (and shall be deemed to have been properly served to the addressee upon receipt of such written communication) to the address set forth in Section 17.3 or such other address as notified in writing by such Party to the other Party.
