Common use of EXTRAORDINARY EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

EXTRAORDINARY EXPENSES. Attorney may apply to the Contract Administrator for additional fees if, in the judgment of the Attorney, an assigned case requires more than the base level of service anticipated by this Agreement because of the complex or protracted nature of the case. All requests for additional compensation shall be submitted to the Contract Administrator for prior approval. If the Contract Administrator is unable to approve a request, the Contract Administrator will submit the request to the Superior Court Presiding Judge, the Presiding Judge’s designee or the appropriate court for approval.
