External Reports. External reports are reports that [University name, EPP name] develops and shares with an accreditor and the general public. No external report will identify any specific school district. Rather, [University name, EPP name] will anonymize all Data used in external reports and ensure an appropriate level of aggregation is used, minimum sample sizes are met, and appropriate comparison groups are leveraged to ensure the confidentiality of [District name]. [University name, EPP name] will provide [District name] notice of a request for external reports (example: CAEP Accreditation) in accordance with the law. Moreover, [University name, EPP name] will provide [District name] an advance copy of the portion of any external report applicable to it and will endeavor to provide [District name] at least thirty (30) days to review and comment on it. In the unlikely event any draft external report makes use of what [District name] believes to be confidential or proprietary information provided by [District name], such [District name] shall promptly notify [University name, EPP name] so that the parties may discuss how to remove such confidential information from the final report. Public Communications [University name, EPP name] may share information about the Project with the public, by means of press releases, blog/website posts, public events, etc. As set forth above, [University name, EPP name] may use external reports as part of these communication efforts, but at no time will [University name, EPP name] publicize any internal report, excepting any disclosure required by law. Likewise, [District name] expressly warrants that it will only use information that [University name, EPP name] has already made public in any communications. Should [University name, EPP name] present, publish, or use student results it has gained in the course of its analysis, [University name, EPP name] shall adhere to the following terms:

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Annual Reports As soon as practicable, and in any event within ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year, (i) the consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries as at the end of such fiscal year and the related consolidated statements of income, stockholders’ equity and cash flows of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal year, and in comparative form the corresponding figures for the previous fiscal year along with consolidating schedules in form and substance sufficient to calculate the financial covenants set forth in Section 7.18 and (ii) an audit report on the consolidated financial statements (but not the consolidating financial statements or schedules) listed in clause (i) hereof of independent certified public accountants of recognized national standing, which audit report shall be unqualified and shall state that such financial statements fairly present the consolidated financial position of the Company and its Subsidiaries as at the dates indicated and the results of their operations and cash flows for the periods indicated in conformity with Agreement Accounting Principles and that the examination by such accountants in connection with such consolidated financial statements has been made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. The deliveries made pursuant to this clause (ii) shall be accompanied by (x) any management letter prepared by the above-referenced accountants, and (y) a certificate of such accountants that, in the course of their examination necessary for their certification of the foregoing, they have obtained no knowledge of any Default or Event of Default, or if, in the opinion of such accountants, any Default or Event of Default shall exist, stating the nature and status thereof.

  • Special Reports Generate or develop and distribute special data, notices, reports, programs and literature required by Institutions or by Account holders generally in light of developments, such as changes in tax laws; and

  • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.

  • Financial Reports Borrower shall furnish to Agent the financial statements and reports listed hereinafter (the “Financial Statements”):

  • External Review In the event of a final internal Adverse Benefit Determination, a Claimant may be entitled to an external review of the Claim. This request must be submitted in writing on an External Review Request form within 120 days of receipt of the Adverse Benefit Determination. The external reviewer will render a recommendation within 45 calendar days unless the request meets expedited criteria, in which case it will be resolved in no later than 72 hours. The external reviewer’s recommendation will be binding. The external reviewer will notify the Claimant of its decision in writing, and the Plan will take action as appropriate to comply with such recommendation.   • Internal Review The Borrower shall conduct internal reviews to determine the value of all Eligible Portfolio Investments at least once each calendar week which shall take into account any events of which the Borrower has knowledge that adversely affect the value of any Eligible Portfolio Investment (each such value, an “Internal Value”).

  • Special Reports and Services (i) Ultimus may provide additional special reports upon the request of the Trust or a Portfolio's investment adviser, which may result in an additional charge, the amount of which shall be agreed upon between the parties.

  • Annual Reporting Within 90 days after the close of each of its respective fiscal years, audited, unqualified consolidated financial statements (which shall include balance sheets, statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows) for Provider for such fiscal year certified in a manner acceptable to the Agent by independent public accountants acceptable to the Agent.
