EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION MIX AND TOOLS Sample Clauses

The "External Communication Mix and Tools" clause defines the methods and channels that a party may use to communicate with external audiences, such as customers, partners, or the public. This clause typically outlines which communication tools—like press releases, social media, email campaigns, or advertising—are permitted or required, and may specify approval processes or branding guidelines.
