External Audits. 7.1 The Contractor’s Financial Statements shall be audited annually, by an independent external auditor who shall be a Certified Public Accountant pursuant to the Tax Code of the Federation and its Regulations in force. 7.2 The external independent auditor shall deliver the following information to the Ministry of Finance: (a) Written report prepared by the external independent auditor.
