External Audits. 1. The APCT Center or an EPA designate will conduct a QSA before tests begin using this TQAP. Additional assessments of SwRI’s quality system will be determined by the APCT Center QM. The APCT Center or an EPA designate will conduct a TSA before tests begin under this TQAP. Subsequent technical systems audits will be conducted once a year or prior to testing of a candidate technology.
