EXTERIOR STORAGE. Tenant shall neither store, nor permit to be stored any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever in the parking lot or any other common area adjacent to or in the Building. Tenant may only place or store items wholly within its leased Premises.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. (a) It is strictly forbidden to store anything outside the Building, even on a temporary basis.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. Lessee shall neither store, nor permit to be stored any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever in the parking lot or any other common area adjacent to the Building(s) or the Premises. Lessee may only place or store items wholly within its leased Premises.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. Except for aircraft, Lessee shall neither store nor permit to be stored, any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever, on the exterior of the building or parking lot, other than wholly within a closed building, without the prior written consent of the City of Long Beach.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. (a) It is strictly forbidden to store anything outside the Building, even on a temporary basis. (b) Used boxes, pallets must be kept inside the Building until collected for disposal.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. Tenant will not at any time or place permit refuse, garbage, packing cases or cartons, cleaning supplies or equipment outside the Demised Premises, except upon written approval of Landlord.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. All outside storage areas shall be permanently screened from view. Design details shall be reviewed and approved by the Community Development Department prior to the issuance of permits.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. Exterior storage, either permanent or temporary, of any materials, supplies or equipment in the Common Areas is strictly prohibited. Should Tenant violate this provision of the Lease, then in such event, Landlord may, at its option, without notice to Tenant, remove said materials, supplies or equipment and place such items in storage or dispose of at a refuse facility, the cost thereof to be reimbursed by Tenant within ten (10) days from receipt of a statement from Landlord.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. 2.1 No storage exterior to the dwelling unit is permitted except in the exterior storage unit, if available.
EXTERIOR STORAGE. Tenant shall not place any trash, litter or other objects in any location outside of the Premises, including the Common Areas, and trash and litter shall not be placed in any location other than in designated trash receptacles.
