EXTERIOR STORAGE. Tenant shall neither store, nor permit to be stored any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever in the parking lot or any other common area adjacent to or in the Building. Tenant may only place or store items wholly within its leased Premises.

EXTERIOR STORAGE. (a) It is strictly forbidden to store anything outside the Building, even on a temporary basis.

EXTERIOR STORAGE. Exterior storage, either permanent or temporary, of any materials, supplies or equipment in the Common Areas is strictly prohibited. Should Tenant violate this provision of the Lease, then in such event, Landlord may, at its option, without notice to Tenant, remove said materials, supplies or equipment and place such items in storage or dispose of at a refuse facility, the cost thereof to be reimbursed by Tenant within ten (10) days from receipt of a statement from Landlord.
