Common use of Exterior Lighting Clause in Contracts

Exterior Lighting. Tenant understands that any marquee lights and/or lamps in front of the Premises are connected to Tenant's electric meter and Tenant agrees to pay for the electricity consumed in operating them. Such lights shall be operated from dusk until 9:30 p.m. each day. Tenant shall maintain, repair and replace any said marquee lights and/or lamps not later than ten (10) days after notification by Landlord.
