Common use of Extension of Time Periods Clause in Contracts

Extension of Time Periods. In the event that Xxxxxx is unable to complete any action required by this Article XIV in the time period provided, and Xxxxxx establishes to the reasonable satisfaction of Lessor that Xxxxxx has been acting in good faith and diligently, then Lessor shall grant to Lessee a reasonable extension of time in which to complete the repair or reconstruction of any damaged Facility, prior to the time that Lessee would otherwise be required to repurchase such damaged Facility.
