Extension of Term of Lease. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant’s lease of the Existing Premises is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2011 (the “Original Expiration Date”), pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary in the Lease, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Term for a period of three (3) years and nine (9) months, commencing July 1, 2011 and continuing through 2. BRITANNIA POINTE GRAND BUSINESS PARK [Portola Pharmaceuticals, Inc.] [First Amendment] and including March 31, 2015 (the “New Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. Notwithstanding the Original Expiration Date, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to revise the rent paid by Tenant with respect to the Existing Premises as of April 1, 2010, as set forth in Section 4 of this First Amendment, below. Therefore, for purposes of this First Amendment, the period of time commencing on April 1, 2010, and ending on the New Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term.” The term of Tenant’s lease of the Expansion Premises (the “Expansion Term”) shall commence, as set forth in Section 2 above, on the Expansion Commencement Date and shall expire coterminously with the term of Tenant’s lease of the Existing Premises on the New Expiration Date, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended.
Extension of Term of Lease. 40.1 Landlord hereby grants to Tenant two (2) options (each referred to herein as the “Option” or “Options” as appropriate) to extend the term of this Lease for an additional term of five (5) years each (each referred to as an “Extension”, and collectively “Extensions”) on the same terms and conditions as set forth in this Lease, except that Basic Annual Rent shall be adjusted as set forth in Section 40.4 below.
Extension of Term of Lease. 2.1 The Tenant shall have the right to extend the term of lease with an additional period of five (5) years from the expiration of the initial ten (10) year-term, on in all other respects unaltered terms and conditions.
Extension of Term of Lease. Landlord and Tenant hereby extend and continue the term and duration of the above described Lease Agreement, and incorporate herein by reference all the terms and conditions of said Lease Agreement. Said Lease Agreement shall continue and extend for an additional term, commencing on the day of , 20 , and expiring on the day of , 20 , unless renewed or extended pursuant to the conditions set forth in said Lease Agreement.
Extension of Term of Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, the Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of two (2) years so that the Expiration Date of the I ,ease shall be August 31, 2018.
Extension of Term of Lease. A. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for an additional period commencing on April 1, 1998 and terminating on March 31, 2008. Said additional term shall be upon the terms set-forth on Exhibit 1, Sixth Amendment, Sheets 1, 2 and 3, dated January 30, 1997, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and upon all of the other terms and conditions of the Lease, except as hereinafter set forth
Extension of Term of Lease. The Term of the Lease in respect of the Existing Premises is hereby extended for an additional period commencing as of December 1, 2001 and expiring seven (7) years after the Commencement Date in respect of the Fourth Amendment Additional Premises, as hereinafter defined. The leasing of the Existing Premises for such additional term shall be upon the terms set forth on Revised Schedule B-5, Fourth Amendment, Sheets 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, dated January 8, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein ("Fourth Amendment Revised Schedule B-5"), and upon all of the other terms and conditions of the Lease in effect immediately preceding the commencement of such additional term. Landlord shall, at its expense (except as hereinafter provided), replace the carpet in the fifth (5th) floor portion of the Existing Premises (the "Carpet Work"). Landlord shall contribute up to Forty Thousand and 00/100 ($40,000.00) Dollars ("Landlord's Carpet Allowance") towards the costs of the Carpet Work. If the costs of the Carpet Work exceed Landlord's Carpet Allowance, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord such excess amount upon receipt of a bill(x) or invoice(s) from Landlord therefor. Tenant shall not be entitled to any unused portion of Landlord's Carpet Allowance. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in the scheduling and performance of the Carpet Work.
Extension of Term of Lease. The term of the Lease is hereby extended for an additional period commencing as of January 1, 2000 and terminating as of June 30, 2002. Said additional term shall be upon all of the same terms and conditions of the Lease in effect immediately preceding the commencement of such additional term (including, without limitation, Lessee's obligation to pay Lessee's pro-rata share of real estate taxes and common area maintenance (CAM) charges, pursuant to Section 27(e) of the Lease), except as follows:
Extension of Term of Lease. The "LEASE EXPIRATION DATE," for both the Original Premises and the Expansion Premises, shall be August 31, 2012. The period from the Expansion Commencement Date through the Lease Expiration Date is sometimes referred to herein as the "EXPANSION TERM."

Said additional term shall be upon the terms set forth on Revised Schedule B-5, Third Amendment, Sheets 1, 2, 3 and 4, dated October 15, 1996, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and upon all of the other terms and conditions of the Lease in effect immediately preceding the commencement of such additional term, except as set forth herein.
