Extension of Inspection Period. Seller and Buyer hereby agree that the date on which the Inspection Period expires shall be further extended up to and including January 21, 2009.
Extension of Inspection Period. Purchaser's right to inspect and evaluate the Property and otherwise determine whether Purchaser shall purchase the Property (the "Inspection Period") shall be extended until September 30, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. EST without additional cost to Purchaser. However, the Deposit shall become nonrefundable to Purchaser upon execution of this Sixth Amendment. If Purchaser does not purchase the Property, Seller shall be entitled to retain the Deposit.
Extension of Inspection Period. The Inspection Period is hereby extended to expire at 5:00 p.m Chicago, Illinois time on May 11, 2012. All references in the Sale Agreement to the expiration of the Inspection Period shall mean 5:00p.m Chicago, Illinois time on May 11,2012.
Extension of Inspection Period. The Inspection Period (as defined in Section 1.2(d) of the Agreement) shall be and hereby is extended to 5:00 p.m. (local time at the Property) on March 9, 2005. All references in the Agreement to the Inspection Period shall refer to the Inspection Period as so extended. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Purchaser’s right to terminate the Agreement before the end of the Inspection Period pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Agreement, shall refer to the Inspection Period as so extended.
Extension of Inspection Period. Buyer shall have a one (1) time right to extend the Inspection Period by sixty (60) days upon written notice to Seller prior to expiration of the Inspection Period.
Extension of Inspection Period. Purchaser shall have the right to extend the Inspection Period by three (3) additional periods of thirty (30) days each. In order to extend the Inspection Period for the initial extension and each successive extension, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller notice as required by this Agreement at least five (5) days’ prior to the then-existing Inspection Period. In the event of the extension of the Inspection Period for the first such extension, $10,000.00 of the Xxxxxxx Money shall be paid to Seller by Title Company and be nonrefundable to Purchaser. In the event of the extension of the Inspection Period for the second such extension, $5,000.00 of the Xxxxxxx Money shall be paid to Seller by Title Company and be nonrefundable to Purchaser. In the event of the extension of the Inspection Period for the third such extension, $5,000.00 of the Xxxxxxx Money shall be paid to Seller by Title Company and be nonrefundable to Purchaser.
Extension of Inspection Period. Pursuant to the terms of the Contract and the First Amendment, the Inspection Period shall expire on Wednesday, May 19, 2004. However, Seller, Cantex and Purchaser hereby agree to extend the Inspection Period, including, but not limited to, the right to review the updated survey and title commitment, under the Contract to Friday, June 4, 2004.
Extension of Inspection Period. The Original Agreement is hereby amended by extending the ninety (90) day period defined as the Inspection Period to and including Friday, January 3, 2003, until 5:00 p.m., Mesquite, Texas time.
